Toni Nespola joined the Mother Boniface Spirituality Center a year and a half ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for hospitality. She was promoted from Assistant Director to Director in June, reflecting her dedication and leadership skills. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality management, Toni has honed her expertise in a variety of settings, including country clubs, hotels, and associations.
At the Center, Toni is enthusiastic about creating a warm and welcoming environment for retreatants. Her passion for her work is evident in her commitment to providing the best possible experience for all visitors. Toni believes in the transformative power of hospitality and strives to make each guest’s stay at the Center truly memorable.
Toni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University, where she developed a strong foundation in the principles of hospitality. Her educational background, combined with her extensive professional experience, makes her a valuable asset to the Mother Boniface Spirituality Center.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is dedicated to helping others. She finds fulfillment in her personal relationships and community involvement, always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
