Job Opportunity: Northeast Philadelphia Maintenance Worker

We are The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity, a congregation of Roman Catholic sisters, founded to serve the poor, take on abandoned ministries, and preserve the Catholic Faith in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.  We have an immediate opening for a part time ‘hands-on’ maintenance worker to join the maintenance department which provides vital services in maintaining our Motherhouse facility in northeast Philadelphia.

This is a part-time position (with the possibility of going full-time) with responsibility for performing all assigned maintenance duties, including mechanical troubleshooting and repair, boiler maintenance and repair, furniture set-up and removal, minor landscaping, snow salting and shoveling of sidewalks.

We require 3-5 years of trade skill experience in electrical repair, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpentry, steam heat, hydronic heat, low pressure boilers, and small tonnage air conditioning, a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and carry 100 lbs.
