Deepening Our Relationship with God through Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a practice that helps us notice and be attentive to God’s presence in our prayer and daily lives. Spiritual Directors are companions who listen attentively to our present experience of prayer.  As they listen, they also invite us to listen to the Word of God and see how it fosters our choices. Join us as Sister Barbara Springer, SSJ helps us explore the practice of spiritual direction and how this helps us deepen our personal relationship with our Lord. You will also have the opportunity to hear from other seasoned Spiritual Directors as they share their experiences of and perspectives on Spiritual Direction.
